By accessing or using BringMeThat's website, mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BringMeThat provides an online food ordering and delivery marketplace that connects customers with restaurant partners. We facilitate orders but are not responsible for food preparation, quality, or delivery times, which are managed by our restaurant and delivery partners.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and service fees. Prices are set by restaurants and may differ from in-store pricing. Payment is processed at the time of order. Premium members receive fee waivers and discounts as described on our Premium page.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds for quality issues or missing items are handled on a case-by-case basis through our Help Center.

6. Limitation of Liability

BringMeThat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
